„Check in via key box worked great. The flat looks about the same as in the photos. Unfortunately not as clean as described in other comments. Big problem: we discovered a huge black mould stain behind the bed in the smaller bedroom. Attention health hazard! Have reported the case to customer service and the host allegedly claims the mould does not exist. “

„Host welcomed us upon arrival. Great little apartment, perfect for my daughter and I. We were there for a month. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well heated - important in January! Well equipped kitchen and new appliances Walking distance to most anything you want to see. Every type of food imaginable available within a couple of blocks. „While the apartments themselves are quite modern and the location is central in Edinburgh, we were very disappointed by the staff at arrival. The room we were given smelled like someone had smoked (in a non-smoking room), as we found this very irritating we asked for a different room and were told none are available, instead a room spray was sprayed to mask the smell. This did not help at all and while we were looking for alternatives for the night, we saw that the accomodation did infact have ...

„Upon walking through the gate, trash was plied very high. When we got to the room the smell of cigarette smoke smacks you in the face. I immediately notified them via email with no answer. The couch was very warn out with pieces of the pleather flacking off and the chair had a hole in it and was very old and not comfortable. The bed was decent, however the pillows are very very flat. Oh and the blue door in the pictures, not your blue door. Also, there was pee in one of the walkways as well “
