„Location was great, right next to the loch, Food at the hotel opposite was great and the staff were great. Parking was a little bit of an issue with other guests not parking correctly, and the window blind, when used, fell off and hit me on the head, which was a shock at the time. Other than that, we had a very relaxing night's stay and were very comfortable.“

„The hotel was in all aspects not recommendable: reception staff were uninterested and slow, service overall lackluster. Room super warm and windows don't open properly such that it didn't even cool down over night (AC is not available). Room was towards the road and very noisy. The whole hotel clearly has seen better days and in many places is just old. Breakfast was OK.“

„It should really be a 5 tar hotel but let’s itself down in too many ways. Positives: The building is beautiful. The gardens and surroundings the equal of anywhere I have stayed. Negatives: The swimming pool is the most horrendously over chlorinated pool I have been in this side of 1990. End result from using it is a severe ear infection.
