„We stayed in Apartment 8 for 4 nights are were delighted with all aspects of it. There was plenty of room with both a sitting and dining area, a reasonable size bathroom and small but adequate kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pots, etc. The unit is close to the centre of town, the lake and the station. „Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes ...
