It was very clean inside and everything is labeled well. Plenty of space for our group of 5 adults. Only negative is the yard and deck area could have been cleaned up and maintained better, it was not very inviting to sit outside. Overall it was a great trip and would stay again.“

„The beds were very comfy, the grounds were nice with a pond and a little pasture with goats. These looked brand new! The bathroom was huge. Everything was very nicely laid out. Note: the beds up in the loft are comfy but there is definitely not a lot of room up there - it is basically a crawl space our boys were able to situp in bed, but they are 5'11 and 5'9. „Overall we had a great experience. The location is little further from Capital Reef NP, but is not a big deal. „We loved the property. It was quiet and clean. The furnishings and decor were reminiscent of Grandma’s home. The beds are all King size and comfortable. There is a large screen television and very comfortable sectional on which to enjoy a family movie night. We were able to walk to the grocery story and breakfast place. We were there to visit Capitol Reef. This property is about 25 miles from the park but it is a scenic drive. We can’t wait to visit again.“
