"It's all good until something doesn't work. We've been here many times. 2014, 2016, 2021 and now 2025, just to see the hotel deteriorate. The elevators are either broken, have semi-open panels that let you see the cabling and electronics on the inside, or make very concerning noises. We've always accepted the pool increasingly deteriorating as we are more interested in the sea, and the location is stunning. Our nightmare started when we came back from the evening show to realise our AC was not cooling the room at all. First call placed around 22:00 and the concierge insisted that we closed the balcony door which I assured her many times that it already was. She said that she would send someone over. Half an hour later and I called to ask how much longer and found myself talking with someone else who told me that he didn't know what I was talking about as the nice lady I talked to earlier finished her shift, presumably without informing anyone. They tried to remotely switch the AC off and on a couple of times which didn't work. A technician finally came to have a look and said a part needs to be replaced and that will not happen until at least tomorrow. By that time it was already around 00:30 and we were still sitting in an unbearably hot room with an exhausted 6 year old! We were finally in a new room at ca 01:30 in the night only after getting seriously upset with the front desk. No apology or compensation was offered at the checkout the next morning... "

"Wir bekamen ein Zimmer welches nur Fenster zu einen Flur hatte. Diese ließen sich nicht öffnen und in diesem Zimmer hat es sehr muffig gerochen. Gegen Mehrpreis $360,00 bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Generell ist das Hotel eine schöne Anlage aber auch schon sehr abgewohnt. Es gibt keine USB Ladeeinrichtungen die eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Das Essen ind den beiden Lokalen ist nicht schlecht aber auch nichts besonderes (normaler All in Standard) Die Poolanlage und die Poolbar sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist meistens freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Damen am Empfang der Lokale könnten etwas freundlicher sein."

"Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot."
