„This is NOT a 4 star boutique hotel. It lacks the maintenance and minimum standards to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel is humid and smells like mold. Our room had a nice amount of spiders and flies in it. We were given a plastic Flyswatter to kill them. There’s no ACs in the rooms, which means even if the air cools down to 26C your room will be very humid. The bathroom and toiletries were very nice, the bed was comfortable. The hotel claims to have working space in the rooms, which is not the case. ...

Within the first 15 minutes of using our room, we noticed several hairs, including long black hairs, in different places. We immediately reported this to the reception.
Unfortunately, the response from the male receptionist was extremely disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering any kind of solution, he told us that the hairs must have been from us and that this was not the hotel's ...
