Explore the nearby countryside with its stunning walking trails, tranquil rivers, and historic landmarks and if you feel like trying something a little more adventurous there are a variety of outdoor activities including horse riding and canoeing. Just 15 miles North is the picturesque seaside town of New Quay where you can enjoy ambling through the cobbled streets or taking a boat ride from the harbour for some dolphin spotting.

Step into this gorgeous cottage into a large hallway where you have plenty of space to hang up your coats and kick off your shoes. On the right-hand side, you’ll find a very calming and tranquil living room with soft blue velvety sofas ideal for snuggling up and watching a movie together or enjoying a quiet read by the window looking out over the courtyard. Across the hall is a delightful and bright dining room with an electric wood-burner effect fire which creates a lovely, homely ambience, perfect for evening mealtimes. The cottage-style kitchen and adjoining utility room is well-equipped with everything you need to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. A downstairs WC and hand basin are also located in the utility room. When it's time to retire for the evening, head upstairs where you will find a sumptuous master bedroom overlooking the courtyard, complete with a vintage dressing table, wardrobe and bureau. Across the landing is another equally superb king-size bedroom also overlooking the courtyard with a wardrobe and dressing table. The third bedroom is a delightful twin room overlooking the garden with a fitted wardrobe. A cosy cwtch corner has been created on the landing for kids to hang out and read, watch movies or play games. A large family bathroom offers plenty of storage, shower over bath, WC and hand basin.

Head out to the large lawned garden via the kitchen door, where you can enjoy a swing under the shade of the trees. Relax and unwind in your very own private hot tub. Outdoor dining furniture and BBQ are provided for some alfresco dining. As night falls take pleasure in the quiet country atmosphere around the fire pit.
