We had an enjoyable relaxing 3 night stay. Comfortable rooms with a lovely breakfast. Excellent friendly welcoming service. Call from Jo earlier in the day to say our room was ready was very appreciated and a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended.

Nice guest house in walkable area.
Attractive, clean property within walking distance of rail station, town dining and sites. Very welcoming and accommodating service. We were only in the room in the evenings, so we didn't avail ourselves of the parlor and other services. They were very helpful in getting us a cab at check-out. The only thing that I was unhappy about is the check-out time. Listed as 11:00am on Hotels.com, the housekeeper told us it was 10:30 (at 10:00) at the property. We had to rush to get in and out of the bathroom and packed up to be out on time. Other than that late surprise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

New year stay
So glad we found this gem of aguest house. Joanne was so lovely. She rang us to say our room was ready early. She made us feel very welcome. The room was excellent. Lots of little extras like gowns, propper coffee, wine glasses. The breakfast was very tasty and she made whatever we wanted. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to llandudno

Lovely Team at the B&B. Quick vhevk in, lovrly breakfast. Room 9 on top floor was super huge. Very friendly. Nothing yo much trouble. Great location 3-4 minutes to town & The Albert pub that does great good

Relaxing long weekend break
Tastefully decorated, spacious room. Good choice at breakfast time. All the team were helpful and polite and made it a relaxing stay. It was only a short walk to all the town centre attractions and the hotel was on a quiet residential street so parking was not a problem. I would book again!

Fabulous stay
We spent 2 nights here and it was fantastic, Joanne is a lovely host and made myself and my 6yr old grand daughter very welcome. The room was lovely and clean and two comfy beds. The breakfast was brilliant a cold buffet and full cooked breakfast too we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hopefully we will return next year for a few days, my grand daughter loved it too.. Thanks Joanne keep up the good work 👍😂

Friendly convenient place to stay
Lovely place to stay convenient to walk into town or to the beach and it has onsite parking, Jo and her helpers are all lovely & friendly, there is a large lounge to relax in and the bedroom are good with ensuite facilities, plus tea & coffee facilities for whenever you need a drink.

4 day break away at the Rossaire
The owner, Joanne, and staff were very friendly and obliging. They made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The guest house is in a quiet location, and not too far from a good selection of places to eat or the sea front. Our room which was the Suite Ensuite, had a lovely view of the Great Orme, and was a comfortable place to relax in at the end of a busy day out and about. We would definitely stay there again.

What a lovely place and what wonderful people. Jo and her staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful including fresh fruit and lovely smoked salmon. Fast and efficient service, nothing was too much trouble. Close to the sea front and shops, bars and restaurants. Would definately reccommend

Very nice B&B and very welcoming, very nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Nice and clean rooms, my only downer was that the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Apart from that I would consider staying again.

The lady who owned it was lovely very friendly.The room was very small and hot as it was on the back and got full sun no fan so was extremely uncomfortable .Bath just trickled and overhead shower didn’t work which was needed with heat.Room was not cleaned or bed made up or towels changed on our stay bin was overflowing in our room when I asked said due to COVID wasn’t allowed but we went Whitby the week before and it was cleaned everyday would not go back

The best B n B!
We had an amazing stay! Jo is so sweet, helpful and the best host! The area is quiet but in a good location. Breakfast is great - coffee, tea, juice, hard boiled eggs, toast, pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, cheese. I highly recommend this place; we will be back!
