Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Outside there is off-road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with hot tub and decked area with furniture. Apologies, but this property does not permit smoking. For your local conveniences, there is a shop and a pub within 4.2 miles. Guests should be aware that the mezzanine bedroom is accessed via a ladder and there are a handful of steps leading up to the decked area that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
