Top Hotel for any football fan
Norwegian owned and occupied almost exclusively by football fans, this is a theme boutique style Hotel splattered with Liverpool memorabilia. Formerly a big private residence, later a church owned facility, now a Hotel with limited capacity of maybe 14 rooms or so. The room I had was very comfortable and spacious, so was the bed. The breakfast is limited in choices and style. The people working there very helpful and nice. The location, 100 meters from the stadium, on Anfield road rather not convinient if you are not visiting for a sports event. But if you are coming for a Liverpool match - this is your place. On match day hundreds of people occupy the gardens before and after the match, where food and drinks for a reasonable price is served. If you go Liverpool this is the place !

Das Hotel ist ein absolutes Muss für Liverpool Fans oder Fußballbegeisterte. Für alle anderen ist es einfach ein tolles individuell gestaltetes Hotel, indem es Spaß macht zu übernachten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich.

If you are looking to spend a bit less on accommodation but still have Liverpool city centre accessible then this hotel is ideal. It is a 20 minute bus ride on the no17 bus, which you can get about 6 minutes walk away right outside the front of Anfield stadium and the no17 is frequent and it costs £2. Alternatively, a taxi or an Uber will cost you £10-13. The hotel is literally 2 minutes walk from Anfield and the area feels pretty safe because you are so close to the stadium as there are cameras, contractors and security everywhere. You can also tell that the local residents are very proud of there club and there stadium so it’s all clean and tidy around the stadium. There is a lovely massive park on your doorstep too, I did not venture around much of the park but the view from the top of the park was stunning. I was put in a room on the top floor, the second floor and it was very quiet up there. You are right in the tree tops and it’s therefore peaceful. The room was plain and simple and clean. The only oddity is that I was given a single quilt on a double bed. Really peculiar, don’t know whether an oversight or common practice. I didn’t raise it but I was struggling a bit at night trying to wrap a tiny quilt around me.

My overnight stay
i was attending an LFC Women's Supporters Club Awards night and checked in at Hotel Tia. The staff were extremely helpful and made my stay such an enjoyable one! The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely return at a later date.

Lovely hotel with excellent helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The free parking and close location to Anfield was the main draw for me choosing the hotel as i was treating my son to a stadium tour, but it was only a short bus journey from Albert Docks and the city centre attractions. We will definitely be back!

Stayed in family room on 16 February following Anfield stadium tour. The hotel was literally a couple of minutes walk away. The room was immaculate and beds very comfortable. Had a couple of drinks in the hotel bar which were very reasonably priced and surprised to see all the lfc memorabilia. This is a must visit for any Liverpool fan. The management and all staff were very polite, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. I can’t wait to go back

Beautiful and quirky hotel and the rooms were very beautiful. Was in the perfect location as we was having a tour of anfield stadium which was only a 2 min walk up the road! The only negative points I would say was that when we arrived no one would answer the front door so we had to walk down a very slippery set of stairs with lots of bags in the dark not having a clue where we was going? Also both nights while staying we found it very hard to sleep as there was constant banging from the upstairs room and on both nights there was constant screaming and shouting coming from one room on our level or the level below and this would not stop until around half 11. Only ever saw 2 members off staff while staying here so can not comment on the staff. Overall it was a pleasant hotel and we would stay again :)
