„Very cute home. Everything that you would need in the kitchen and Bathrooms. Very quiet neighborhood. People are very friendly. T gated backyard was perfect for my dads miniature dash hound. Met a very good friend of there’s named Todd. There were issues with the gate at the boat ramp. No fault of anyone’s other than the HOA committee. „House is lovely and inviting, just like the pictures. The entrance stairs are a little steep, but manageable. Very spacious, open and comfortable. Great place to spend relaxing. Close access to several state recreation areas for boat ramp. Quaint country store about 3 miles from the house with good food and milk shakes. Will definitely be going back.“

„This is a great location. Wow, the view!!!! The size of the house was perfect. Even though the house was very clean it does need some TLC. Nails on the deck are sticking up. Do not go barefoot! I would rent this again, just keep up with the maintenance and it will be booked all the time. Dealing with the owner was very good and easy.“

„Over all great place if I was at a hotel I would’ve had to cart my own trash away for as much as we paid a cleaning fee was added for what ?we did all the cleaning as instructed by owner the house needs a few up grades the toilets was so low like in the 60’s spider webs in the corner in living room difficulty locating garbage bags outdoor furniture un useable needs cleaning prior to guests arrival yet mentioned in advertisement of home amenities“

„Home was very nice & had lots of ammenities & beautiful view. Overall on a high level it was clean but could use a bit more attention to the details. There were hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The coffeemaker had coffee ground in it that were covered in green mold. Evidently the cleaning person forgot to empty the grounds & clean the coffee maker. The Dishes were not real clean. Had to rewash coffee cups. Otherwise, the cleanliness was okay.“
