She knows everyone and is able to help secure whatever a guest may need - including having a rental car dropped off from the airport at 8 am and knowing the right person with a boat for us to hire for a snorkeling excursion (thanks Steven! He pulled his boat right up to steps on her island). She ensures her guests can easily enter/exit the property via the causeway with no car blocking the pinch point.
