￫ Building
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without elevator. It's absolutely perfect for families and small groups of friends looking for a nice stay in Lisbon in a traditional and emblematic neighbourhood.

Note that in Portugal we don't start counting on the ground floor, so, if you do, it will be a fourth floor!

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has a bathroom with shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room has a smart TV and a comfortable sofa. The balcony is perfect to start the day with a light meal for two or with your family before going out to explore the city.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

North of "Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara" is the district of Príncipe Real, essentially an extension of Bairro Alto, with a pleasant square and shady garden. In the center of the square there is a cafe and some exotic trees, including a hundred-year-old cedar that looks like a giant umbrella, all surrounded by colourful 19th century mansions.

Known for its antique shops, gardens, viewpoints and a growing gay population, Príncipe Real is emerging as an interesting shopping destination due to a growing number of designer shops. It remains primarily a residential neighbourhood known for its palaces and two of the most peaceful squares in the city, Príncipe Real and Flores.

The neighbourhood is attracting younger residents and the older building are being restored, maintaining its charm and historical details. A certain vitality in the shops and streets contrasts nicely with the antiques and preserved facades of the buildings. New families are filling the public parks and gardens, entrepreneurs are opening unique shops, while terraces and restaurants are presenting the latest trends for a cosmopolitan experience.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Metro
The cheapest is by far the subway, with a 20-25 minutes ride. The closest subway station is Rato, about 500 meters away from the apartment.

￫ Cars
If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
