Set within a historic Lisbon building, the 88 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor with no elevator. Inside, traditional architectural details blend with contemporary furnishings, warm neutral tones, decorative lighting, and touches of classic Portuguese tilework.

With accommodation for up to 8 guests, it's a convenient base for families, groups of friends, and travelers who want to stay right in central Lisbon.

The apartment offers a comfortable layout designed for both relaxing and spending time together.

Apartment Layout:

The living room is bright and stylish, with comfortable seating with AC, a TV, elegant décor, and access to a balcony overlooking the surrounding historic streets. The sofa can also be converted into a double bed for additional guests.

There is a dedicated dining area, with a large table where the group can enjoy breakfast, dinner, or simply gather before heading out to explore Lisbon.

The kitchen is equipped for everyday stays and includes an electric stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, sink, storage space, and washing machine. The apartment uses an electric boiler for hot water.

There is one bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The apartment also features two balconies, giving you a little outdoor connection to the atmosphere of central Lisbon.

The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and the living room:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + portable air conditioning
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + fan

Living room: 1 double sleeper sofa with fan

Please note that the 2nd bedroom does not have a window and does not have AC; a fan is provided for comfort.

The two air-conditioned bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping spaces, while the twin bedroom is a practical option for children, friends, or guests who prefer separate beds.

The apartment is in the heart of Lisbon, with excellent public transportation and many attractions within walking distance.
Metro: Baixa-Chiado station is just a short walk away, connecting you to Lisbon’s Blue and Green metro lines.
Train: Cais do Sodré station is nearby, with trains to destinations along the coast, including Cascais.
Tram & bus: Several Carris tram and bus routes operate nearby, making it easy to explore Lisbon and reach areas such as Belém.
Taxis & ride-hailing: Taxis are readily available in the neighborhood, and ride-hailing services such as Uber and Bolt operate throughout Lisbon.
Walking: Chiado, Bairro Alto, Baixa, the riverfront, restaurants, shops, and many of Lisbon’s main attractions are all within easy walking distance.

Car rental: Rental cars are available in central Lisbon, but a car is generally not necessary for staying in this area. Lisbon’s historic streets can be narrow and parking can be limited.

From the apartment, you can easily explore Lisbon by foot or public transport.
