Located on the 5th floor of a building with lift access, this modern and tastefully decorated 35 m² studio offers stunning river views in the Avenida Dom Carlos building. Situated in the trendy Santos area, it’s just a short walk from Elevador da Bica and Time Out Market.

The living area features a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table for four.

The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery, a stove, and a microwave, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. Ironing facilities are also provided for your convenience.

The sleeping corner has a double bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. It opens onto a balcony with seating where you can enjoy the river views.

The bathroom comes stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy very fast internet with speeds between 100–500 Mbps, and you’ll also have access to the building’s modern gym.

For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.

Welcome to Santos, a trendy area beloved by local artists and designers. Santos is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the city and is home to beautiful historic maisons and churches. The district went through a complete renovation in 2005 and now is the place to be for the city’s artistic community, who come here to visit hip cafes and modern cultural hubs in former industrial warehouses. The world-renowned Time Out Market is a 5-minute walk from the property, and Elevador da Bica is just around the corner. All the city’s major attractions, including Santa Justa Lift and Praça do Comércio, are within walking distance.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

There is no parking available at the property. The nearest parking, Parking Cais da Viscondessa, is available at €1.60 per hour.

The nearest bus stop, Largo Vitorino Damásio, is just a 1-minute walk.

The nearest train station, Santos, is a 5-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is approximately a 28-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
