Good place because it is in the center of the city. The personnel are friendly and helpful It’s more better if the room has its own toilet and had aircon because it’s so hot when it is only an electric fan. Thanks and more power.

Nachts konnte man alles vom Einzelzimmer hören. Auch wenn jemand am Gang vorbei ging. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein und einfach eingerichtet. Pancake Frühstück gab es erst ab 9 Uhr.

Super Hostel in zentraler Lage
Die Lage ist sehr nah am Zentrum, zu Fuß 15 min (zurück länger da bergauf) oder 1-2 Haltestellen mit der Metro. Das Doppelzimmer war sauber und groß genug, es gibt keine zentralen Waschräume, sondern einzelne Badezimmer verteilt pro Flur, es war immer eins frei und alles war sauber. Die Küche war nicht groß, aber ausreichend. Das Frühstück war super für ein Hostel (sogar Pancakes!). Das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es gibt jeden Abend die Möglichkeit zusammen zu essen und eventuell rauszugehen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass es keinen größeren Aufenthaltsraum gibt. Es gibt pro Etage eine Küche und eine Art schmale Loggia und ein paar Plätze an der Rezeption. Das wird dann aber auch gerne mal zu eng.

Das ist kein Hotel!! Es ist nur ein Hostel!
Es ist kein Hotel sondern nur ein Hostel. Es es sehr laut nachts dort! Auf einem selbst gezimmerten Hochbett mit nem Holzbrett als Lattenrost liegt es sich nicht so toll!

Small, hot & loud room isnt worth it
It is a cheap place to sleep, and has a free coffee machine. Those are my only pros... They close the kitchen during peak morning hours and they clean the bathroom during peak morning hours when everyone is getting ready for the day, pretty silly to me. The room is very small and uncomfortable, not even able to open the door fully or stand in the room without being in the way. It's like a narrow hallway in a morgue, with such narrow entrances to the beds. Haven't experienced anything like it and hope not to again. There's also construction outside that blocks the sign and makes it impossible to find the entrance at the moment. Overall, it was a cheap room but I wouldn't stay again or recommend it. You could spend a bit more and find much better value.

Green Heart has heart & its green friendly
Receptionist waited for my delayed late arrival @ 23:00. Her friend helped me with bags up to the 4th floor. Next day, receptionist gave me a map & I was able to navigate walk, metro, bus & train nicely. I was able to dry wet clothes out my window I loved the coffee machine. Guests were respectful & tidy. Good experience, especially with new friends gathering in my private room comfortably. Terrific bar next door, Canil showcases its own brew with other excellent choices, and with live music by 2 Brazilian guitarists/harmonica!

Decent stay in a good location
Our room was in the second building, not in the same building as the reception. We were lucky to have 5 rooms on our floor sharing 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen. No issues with waiting to use the bathrooms, which were very clean. Only issue was that our room was right above a bar, which was very loud when the live band was playing. Outside of the live band (i think just for weekend nights?), the noise from the bar isnt too bad. It is an old building, so soundproofing isnt great, we could hear every door slam and footstep. Heard from the other guests who stayed in the main building where the reception is that they werent too pleased with the noise levels, probably cause there were more people staying on that side. Also there seemed to be more rooms, but only 2 showers and 1 toilet for the floor.

It was comfortable. There are many high-end shops in the surrounding area, so you can walk home even at night. There was no elevator, so be careful if you have plans.

Very nice, very clean. I stayed in a single bed room - there was no air con so be prepared to use a very loud fan …. The other disadvantage is that some of the guests like to slam doors multiple times in the middle of the night. But other than that this is a pretty decent place, and I was really happy with the location as well.

Nice hostel a short walk away from the centre!
Really nice hostel about a 25 minute walk from the centre. We stayed in a private double room; couldn’t fault it really. A small room but considering we were mostly out during the day it wasn’t an issue. Slightly annoying but out of the hostels control is that it was opposite a hospital and could be noisy but it was generally fine. The staff were lovely, and everything clean!

Great hostel!
Easy check in and very helpful lady on reception. Room was clean with private toilet. Shared bathroom was large and always clean and shared kitchen was good to have. Great place and 15 min from airport to metro station, then 10 min walk to hostel.

I recommend this hostel. Ideal location and central to the city. Make sure to che k out the conveniently placed Canil Brewery next door and the family run cafe where you get an espresso for 0.85c …unreal. Love Lisbon!

L'hébergement se situe dans une très bonne zone de Lisbonne qui est accessible de l'hypercentre, a des restaurants/bars autour et qui est relativement calme le soir. Le bémol qui semble être commun à Lisbonne est le fait que les murs étaient très fins donc il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil trop léger pour bien dormir. C'est un bon rapport qualité prix, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Good location, good price
Easy check in. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. We had a private double room, which was spacious. There was no aircon, which might be a problem in the summer. Bathrooms were clean and never had to wait to use them. The rooms have high ceilings and was quite echoey, so found it quite loud, doors slamming etc. Be aware there is building work currently going on outside which woke us up one morning. Would stay again.

HORRIBLE HOSTEL
Our stay at Green Heart Hostel in Lisboa was NOT great. At first it seemed okay, but when we were chilling in our beds the first night my boyfriend looked at the floor and it was roaches. We got moved to another room that they called an " upgrade" because it had a balcony. Fast forward to the balcony being under construction and the workers coming at 9:00 AM waking us up. Last but not least, the second morning when we woke up in our new room it was FLEAS biting us. So don't come to this hostel if you don't want some extra pets.

Nice place and well located.
Our stay was good value and everything was in line with our expectations. The shared bathroom was spacious and nearly always available. The room was also spacious and clean. We needed good WiFi as we had to work a few days, it never let us down.
