Like many buildings in this historic city, the building is old and has some particular challenges as a result, such as an outdated plumbing system. To mitigate related odors, we recommend airing out the apartment frequently during your stay.

This area is one of Lisbon’s most sophisticated and privileged locations, perfectly positioned between the monumental streets of Baixa and the bohemian nightlife of Bairro Alto. It is as central as it gets, surrounded by everything you may need during your stay. Boutiques, shops, historic monuments, museums, restaurants, cafés and public transport are all just a few steps away.

The apartment is within walking distance of the city’s main sights and some of Lisbon’s most typical neighbourhoods, including Príncipe Real, Rossio, Castelo and Alfama. Along the way, you will find breathtaking viewpoints, traditional fado houses, lively bars and elegant restaurants.

If you are travelling from Lisbon Airport, there are a few ways to reach the apartment.

￫ Metro
The most economical option is the metro, with a journey of around 25–30 minutes. The nearest metro station, Terreiro do Paço, is only 350 metres from the apartment.

→ Car
If you have a rental car, please note that there is no free parking in the area. There is a paid car park, Chão do Loureiro, around 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.

Taxi and Uber are also possible options to reach the apartment. For a faster and easier arrival, you can also book our Airport Transfer Service, subject to an additional cost.

￫ The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included.
￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, it is necessary to place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will apply.
￫ The property has noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring tranquility and comfort for everyone during their stay.
￫ Baby cot and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumption above €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Construction works are being carried out in the building and in an adjacent one, with no scheduled completion date.
