• This is a modern residential building, so guests should expect a quiet environment and respect for shared spaces and neighbours at all times.

• The apartment is located under a flight path to Lisbon Airport, so occasional aircraft noise may be noticeable when windows or doors are open.

• When windows are closed, the apartment is well insulated and remains quiet and comfortable.
