Guests are sent a code for access 24 hours before their stay to make the entry experience care-free, since the guest gets the flexibility to check-in anytime.

Getting Around:

We suggest exploring the city on foot. You can also use the trams and various buses. If you prefer, you can call an Uber to the neighborhoods of Baixa, Bairro Alto, or Alfama for around €8.



Other Things to Note:

A damage deposit of € 500 is required. The property charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.



The building has security cameras in in the common area as a standard precaution. They are used responsibly and do not interfere with guests’ privacy in any way. This is simply part of how we take care of the property and ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
