This single-story, detached house comprises: a living room with dining area, a lounge (flat-screen TV), a fully equipped kitchen area (induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer), two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds), a shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine, a separate toilet, reversible air conditioning. A covered 11 m² terrace is at your disposal with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a shade sail. A ping-pong table. A secure garden shed (ideal for your bicycles or sports equipment). Parking on the property. For your comfort, bed linen is provided. Baby equipment (including a travel cot) can be provided upon request.
