„das Marco Polo ist ein sehr gut gefuehrtes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, das auch zum grossen Teil Englisch spricht. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert ist das Abendbuffet, ebenso wie das Fruehstuecksbuffet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt und wuerden jederzeit wieder buchen.“

„The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. In addition to the front desk staff we always saw one or two employees who greeted and assisted guests coming and going. Breakfast was sumptuous with plenty of choices for both Chinese and western good. I am celiac but had no problems eating a full and satisfying breakfast every morning. „When we walked in the door, the hotel provided excellent service, helping deliver the luggage to our rooms. The room was comfortable although the decor is bit outdated and chipped. Lobby is very beautiful and always have enough staffs there ready to help you out.
