„Everything was great at my first stay at the Bentley. I did self check in on my journey down and when I arrived the reception lady (Sophie) was nice, friendly and efficient, I paid with my credit card, received my keys and was soon up in my room. The room was large but a wee bit dated and tired looking but the bed was great. The heating radiators looked outdated but they worked efficiently and the room was always warm and cosy. „Hatten bei Ankunft leider eine Toilette auf dem Zimmer, die nicht funktionierte ( alte englische Pracht 😊). Zimmer wurde sofort umgebucht. Kleiner Umzug war nötig. Kein Problem!“
