„A wonderful place to spend your vacation. A nice cottage with a great garden. The biodiversity in the garden is in no way inferior to that of the surrounding nature. The beach (Playa negra) is 100-200 meters away. The national park with its Playa Blanca is a bit further away...walkable but a car (or taxi) would be an advantage. As a host, Troy is very nice, helpful and, as a direct neighbor, is usually very close by when help is needed. Highly Recommended!“

The location was great for us, as it was in the neighborhood we grew up in. This felt like home away from home. „ We stayed from January 7th to January 14th 2023. The tree house is beautiful! The setting is ideal, you are surrounded by jungle and you can hear the waves at night. The animals came to us! On the first day, we saw sloth (in the treehouse tree), lesser capiberra, toucan, silver monkey, howler monkey, large iguana, and BATS (they live in the treehouse with you). Topo informed me the the drive from San Jose was too long for the time we arrived (10pm) and advised us to stay the night in ...
