Guests enjoy exclusive use of the villa, private pool, garden and all outdoor areas. The property also includes a completely independent lower-level residence, occasionally used by the owners, with its own private entrance. There are no shared indoor or outdoor areas, except for the main entrance gate.

Villa No.7 features three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe and a private en-suite bathroom, while the second master bedroom offers direct access to a private veranda with its own dining table. The third bedroom features two comfortable 3.5 ft single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. The villa offers two full bathrooms and a guest WC.

The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area are ideal for enjoying meals indoors in air-conditioned comfort, while the outdoor dining area by the pool provides a relaxing setting for al fresco dining.

The Four Seasons Hotel is approximately a 6-minute walk away, the beach 7–8 minutes, the seafront road around 6 minutes and the nearest supermarket about 5 minutes away. Taverns, restaurants and cafés are also within easy walking distance, combining a peaceful residential setting with convenient access to the coast and local amenities.
