Pearl Villa

A spacious, comfortable three-bedroom villa located just a few minutes walk from the beach. The complex features a swimming pool.

Air conditioning units can be found throughout the house, including bedrooms and the living area, with a cold / hot setting, fast WiFi, a large TV with Netflix and streaming channels in the living room, and another in the master bedroom.

BEDROOMS: All three bedrooms feature high-quality mattresses with mattress toppers, mattress and pillow protectors, and two pillows per bed.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hood, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and washing machine.

BATHROOMS: There is a family bathroom upstairs with a bathtub. Master bedroom with a shower. A guest toilet is located on the ground floor. Hot, high-pressure water.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine, iron, and ironing board; clothes drying rack.

The living room has a 40-inch TV. The master bedroom has a 36-inch TV. Both offer free Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services.

WIFI: The villa features fast fiber optic WiFi throughout. The WiFi is reliable and fast, and it is a private connection reserved exclusively for the villa's use; no other villas in the complex share this connection. If you prefer, you can connect your laptop or desktop computer via a broadband cable (not provided).

UNIQUE FEATURES: A short walk from the beach, restaurants, cafes, and shops. A communal pool. Bedroom blackout curtains.

OTHER: Electricity is charged extra at €0.40 per kWh. Meter readings are taken on arrival and departure days.
