Two necessary improvements needed: (1) bedroom ceiling fans w/ light are controlled by same switch so you’re out of luck if you want a fan at night w/o light; also, (2) grill is not traditional gas or charcoal; it’s a Louisiana wood pellet grill…just need to know ahead of time so you’re aware of how to use it & have the pellet supplies on hand. Caution: silicone bracelets for community pool access are adult-sized…consider having them w/you to enter the pool area ...

„We went for World Series tournament we were right next to the ball fields. We had a blast while there. The boys were able to play during the day and then after games hang out in pool or quiet time at the fishing pond. They were able to come to house relax between games. “

The decor was beautiful and everything we needed was there. The kids spent a lot of time on the pickleball courts. If you don't mind walking the pool and courts aren't too far. Parking at the pool & pickleball courts are very limited and can get crowded pretty quick. Also, the parking across the street at the beach ...
