„Unter 'luxury' versteht man ein sauberes Zimmer mit sauberer Ausstattung (Kaffeemaschine war so wie unser Vorgänger sie hinterlassen hatte, dreckig und ein alter Filter war vorzufinden, wer weiß, wie lange jener schon in der Maschine verhaarte! ), keine Löcher in den Wänden!, ein vernünftiges Bett und kein rahmenloses Bettgestell! Eine Badewanne, die nicht angebrochen ist und ein Geschirr, dass sauber und trocken hinterlassen wurde! Das Zimmer, dass wir belegten war das Geld definitiv nicht ...

„Das Hotel wird umgebaut. Die Lobby ist geschlossen zum Zimmer musste man durch den Speisesaal. Auch am Pool hatte es Baulärm von Vohrhammern und Steinfräsen. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht. Das eine Spa hat auch nicht richtig funktioniert. Alles in allem viel zu teuer“

„It was like staying in a damp college dorm that was under construction. They did tell me the lobby was under construction but the whole place is. It is so damp all of my clothes felt wet and I had to walk around in flip flops even at night. I asked for a softer pillow because I have a head injury and I was told no sorry that’s all they have available. The room never felt clean and there was no light. You could barely see to do things. I would have moved hotels if we were there for longer.“
