„Pro: Die Lage ist toll. Die Wohnung liegt in Fussnähe von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sie ist sehr gross, es gibt viel Platz. Contra: Kompliziertes Check-in. Das Sofa ist defekt. Steckdose in der Küche offenbar immer noch defekt und gefährlich, müsste dringend geflickt werden. Hatten keine Küchentücher. Viel Nachtlärm (nichts für Lärmempfindliche). “

„Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub von 2 Wochen im Herzen von Loano mit sehr gutem Parkplatz in der Garage, kurzen Wegen zu Strand und Geschäften (zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafes sowie Intermarché und großes Angebot an Einzelhändler). Bahnanbindung (nur 75 Minuten bis Genua). Wohnung sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Einchecken problemlos, dank der freundlichen Hilfe von Fancesca. Wir würden auf jeden Fall, wenn wir wieder in Loano sind, gern hier wohnen.“

„Für den Check-In müssen am Tag davor etliche Eingaben gemacht werden (Pass von allen Personen, Adresse von allen, .....) Danach den Rest der Rechnung bezahlen... Es geht, braucht aber Zeit und ist definitiv umständlicher als in einem Hotel. Die Unterkunft ist gut und vorallem zentral in der Altstadt gelegen.“

„Absolut zentral gelegene kleine schöne Wohnung bis 4 Personen. Leider ist es nachts extrem laut auf der Gasse davor. Für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf nicht zu empfehlen.“

„We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that it was a clean, spacious apartment; there was plenty of room for our party of 5. There were many towels provided, and having access to a washing machine and lines to dry was very helpful. It was pretty far up a steep hill, so getting there with luggage wasn’t ideal, but we were able to walk to the beach (5 min downhill, 10 min up hill) and to old town (15 min). I was worried that I wouldn’t like new town or would feel too far from old town, but there were ...

„The best location, right in the lower area of Riomaggiore so it’s very easy to access and get around with minimal stairs. Cutest little apartment with everything you would need to cook. There is a bit of a damp smell but only takes 5-10 minutes with the window open to air it out. This location is unbeatable and Riomaggiore is definitely the best town to stay in. Will 100% stay here again in the future! “

„The check in process was not good, I had to call VRBO for them to communicate with me to give me the process. There is a bar right down below the room and it was loud, one night they closed at 12:30am. Lots of stairs to get to the room. The place is clean, good hot showers and the bed was comfortable, when you can get the sleep. “
