"My stay at the Hennan Palm Resort was an absolute pleasure. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well everything worked, from the smooth and efficient transportation to the very warm welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was also fantastic—it was spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable retreat. I especially enjoyed the resort's amenities. The pools were simply wonderful and beautifully maintained, and the location was great for exploring the area. The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious choices at every meal. Overall, I had a truly fantastic time and would highly recommend the Hennan Palm Resort for its great service, facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere"

"Alles tip top, zum Teil langsames Wifi oder immer wieder verbunden, darum unbedingt eSim kaufen. Frühstück asiatisch, Brot hat es."

" So lala. Nicht das, was wir erwartet hatten. Zu laute Musik von draußen war im Zimmer zu hören. Unsere Hotelzimmer waren gut, die Zimmer anderer Verwandter jedoch nicht. Die Rezeptionistin Leiterin (Supervisor) war schlecht. Sie verlangte immer einen höheren Preis pro Nacht. Es gab keine Alternativen. Obwohl wir für viele Tage bezahlt hatten, war sie unhöflich und wenig hilfsbereit. Wir möchten uns bei den anderen Rezeptionisten bedanken, die freundlich waren und uns sehr geholfen haben, ein gutes Zimmer zu bekommen. Wir möchten uns auch beim Frühstückspersonal bedanken, das unseren Eltern beim Servieren des Essens geholfen hat."

"Eine sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Strand. Vor allem sind die überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiter des Hotels hervorzuheben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!"

"Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und die Lage absolut perfekt. Auch das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Leider lässt der Service stark zu wünschen übrig: Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts wurde die Bettwäsche kein einziges Mal gewechselt, die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte oft erst am späten Nachmittag. Im Restaurant herrscht Chaos – lange Wartezeiten, fehlende Gerichte und ein schlechtes Frühstück trotz vieler untätiger Mitarbeiter. Insgesamt: schönes Hotel, aber katastrophales Management."

"Einer der schönsten Unterkünfte auf Boracay !! War schon in einigen aber Uptown war mit Abstand das Beste !! Super freundliches Personal immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend !! Man ist direkt an der DMall (Einkaufsstraße von Boracay) und natürlich direkt am Strand & am Abend kriegt man sogar 2x eine mega Show (Feuershow) geboten als kann es jedem nur weiterempfehlen - werd es aufjedenfall wieder buchen !!"

"The hotel itself has definite strengths, but also some noticeable weaknesses. It’s very new, clean, and the rooms are truly a highlight: spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. The breakfast was also very good and exceeded our expectations. However, there is one major downside – the beach directly in front of the hotel. It was dirty and far from inviting, which we didn’t know beforehand. This is a stark contrast to the White Beach on the opposite side, which is absolutely beautiful. But it means you have to walk about 15 minutes each time to enjoy the nicer beach. While this was manageable for us, it would be great if the hotel could work on improving and maintaining the beachfront in the future. Another point we noticed: While the rooms were fantastic, the rest of the hotel felt somewhat uninspired in terms of design. The decor was entirely white, which is modern but felt sterile and lacked any warmth or personality. It gave us the impression that the hotel was just “placed there,” as others have commented – an Ibiza-style aesthetic, but without charm. Other hotels often manage to create more atmosphere and attention to detail. That said, if you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel and don’t mind walking a bit for a better beach, this is still a good choice."

"As we arrived we got a „free“ upgrade to a room with veranda, which was nice, however it seemed that all the rooms have a veranda anyways so we were a bit confused. When we wanted to use the bathroom there was urine all over the toilet seat, and not little. That was gross enough, so we told reception to kindly get someone to clean it while we would go to dinner. As we came back it still wasn‘t done so we had to do it ourselves as we came back late!!!!! Furthermore we had no warm water for one night, one shower head was broken the other one we also had to clean as it was so full of scale that the water was only coming out in drops! We had to keep asking for more toiletpaper as they refused to give out more than one piece at the time, which was annoying as well. The phone was also broken and so were the power sockets. The only nice thing was that it was quiet and that it was only 5 min from the beach. "

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und empfehlen jeden hier her zu kommen. Was gibt es schöneres als mit Blick aufs Meer aufzuwachen? Das Hotel ist klein und direkt am Strand gelegen, und etwas weiter weg von den ganzen Verkäufern und dem sonstigen Tourigeschehen. Jedoch sind fußläufig die besten Bars und Restaurants zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder ! Vielen Dank :-)"

"Das Hotel war sehr schön, auch die Lage war gut. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen auch der Strand war nicht so weit vom Hotel. Das Essen hat immer gut geschmeckt, sehr viel Auswahl zum Frühstück hatte das Hotel. Unser Zimmer war auch sehr schön und sauber, die Personale achten sehr auf sauberkeit, jeden Tag hatten wir Roomservice, dass hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben auch unseren 2 jährigen gefeiert das Hotel hat alles erfüllt was uns am Herzen lag, auf jede Kleingkeit geachtet. Nochmal Vielen Dank. Ich würde es den Leuten empfehlen die bisschen Ruhe aber auch alles Zentral haben wollen. Sehr freundliche Menschen, man wird immer begrüßt und man fühlt sich sehr wohl in diesem Hotel.
