„prime location, misleading listing. I thought we were staying at a resort. Turns out this listing has nothing to do with the resort. If we needed new towels we had to pay for them, the room comes just as is. It’s an apartment unit inside the resort but with no association to it. Would have booked something else if i knew this wasn’t a resort stay. Amenities were good with hot water, AC, TV, and washer. We made our trip work, host was responsive, we just got caught off guard we went from thinking ...

„Got there after 4 hours drive to tell me that they’re overbooked and no rooms are left!“

„Support was the only good thing, there was no heating , windows weren't properly tight, wind was blowing inside the chalet. Bathroom had a foul smell , blinds were broken... And the list goes on and on... 2 stars instead of 1 star because the support was good, but maintenance team is very bad . “
