Attractive spacious property let down by cleanliness
This lovely property is situated in a quiet and rural setting and is ideal for large groups especially with pets. Centrally located shops, towns and places of interest are all easily driveable, and the large pool is perfect for relaxing in the sun. However all the great aspects of this property are let down by the cleanliness and the maintenance of the garden and pool. We needed to clean fridges and ovens before use, and needed to call out pool maintenance twice whilst there. Overall it was expensive for what we got in return which is a shame as it promised so much.

We are very sorry Catherine was disappointed and because of her comments about the cleanliness which were sent to us on her arrival, we sent people in immediately and appointed a new team of cleaners and property managers. I am sad that she didn't mention that. Problems with the pool pump were also rectified immediately - and they were able to enjoy the pool for the whole of their stay.

We are delighted that you enjoyed your time at Kerespars and that you liked the space that it offered. We spent a lot of time and effort getting it back to a good state after not being allowed to go for 2 years

Beau weekend famille mais beaucoup à dire sur les équipements, la propreté et les pannes à gérer
La propriété nécessite un gros travail de nettoyage, voir de réparation avec des infiltrations. Pas de lave vaisselle pour 25 personnes. Cuve de fuel vide et panne de chauffage en plein automne. Pas d'eau chaude dans une maison avant que l'on ne comprenne le problème électrique. Le nettoyage est très limite avec par exemple des cafetières et les filtres à café pleins des locataires précédents, des sols mal nettoyés. Les barbecues sont cassés. Nous ne garderons pas un super souvenir du site mais notre regroupement familial a comblé le reste. C'est dommage car le site a du potentiel mais nécessite beaucoup plus d'entretien. Les échanges avec la propriétaire reste très courtois même si elle prend peut en compte nos feedbacks alors que nous étions sur place. Je ne recommande pas cette location, beaucoup trop coûteuse au regard de la prestation.

Passable
Ce logement est bien pour un week end entre copains, mais serait décevant à la semaine ou en Famille. Son atout principal: la capacité d'accueil. Globalement la propriété manque d'entretien. La piscine est dans triste état qui ne correspond pas du tout aux photos de l'annonce ( fond vert, liner accroché avec du scotch sur les bords, plage envahie de mauvaise herbes..). Si la piscine est essentielle pour vous, passez votre chemin.

À fuir, annonce non conforme: piscine insalubre.
Arrivée prévue vendredi 14:00, il était convenu qu'une personne nous acceuille, 2h plus tard et plusieurs coups de telephone passés: toujours personne. La piscine était non chauffée et verte, il n'y manquait que les nénuphars. quand on gratte un peu le fond avec une perche les algues se décollent du sol. Nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. Des dizaines de mouches mortes dans les placards Odeur d'humidité dans les maisons Les coussins du canapé qui sentent le vomi lave vaisselle inutilisable (pratique à 25) Maison et lieu très beau, gestion des propriétaires depuis l'Angleterre désastreuse.

We are always concerned when people complain about Kerespars because we sincerely want people to enjoy their time there. In this case, the guests arrived 2 hours earlier than the check-in time. I spoke to one on the phone when they arrived and immediately contacted the person responsible. I know they managed to enter one of the houses within 30 minutes. There was a problem with the pool because of the sudden hot weather and the pump not having been set to deal with it. This was rectified immediately and the person who looks after the place went round several times to test the water - and showed the guests that the water was safe to swim in. It is clear that a disappointing start affected their holiday . I offered them an extra two days free stay, which they did not bother to reply to. I am very sorry they were disappointed. The guests before loved the place and the next guests wrote to me saying "everything was perfect"

Lieu idéal pour se retrouver entre amis dans un endroit isolé, on peut faire du bruit sans déranger, les enfants peuvent profiter des espaces verts, les maisons sont pleines de charme Nous sommes ravis !
