ROSE Holidays offers this charming renovated studio, attached to the owners' house, located in a quiet residential area at 12 Rue Jean Cocteau, in Les Sables d'Olonne.



This accommodation can accommodate up to 3 people.



You will enjoy direct access to the shared swimming pool, a private terrace with a view of the pool, ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying an aperitif in complete tranquillity.



The studio consists of a bright living room with a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table and a single sofa bed.

The open kitchen, functional and well-equipped, has a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a Senseo coffee maker, as well as all the necessary equipment for cooking.



The independent room is equipped with a double bed in 160 cm, storage spaces and a small office area.



The renovated bathroom includes a shower cubicle, a washbasin unit, a towel radiator and WC. A hairdryer is at your disposal.



Parking is easy and free on the street.



This accommodation is ideal for a relaxing holiday just a stone's throw from the beaches, the harbour and the city's entertainment.
