Situated in the heart of the lively Arago district, famous for its market, this house is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance: the town centre, train station, market, local shops and beach.

The house has a private garage, which is essential in high season.



There's a lovely open-plan kitchen-living room that opens onto the outside terrace, with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV, WiFi, dining table and 8 chairs, ideal for a good meal with family or friends!

Upstairs, you'll find two large bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), bedside tables and plenty of storage space, and a third bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm), bedside tables and storage cupboard. A cot is also available.

Outside, you'll find a garden and a large, well-exposed terrace, in a peaceful setting at the back of the house and fully fenced in. To complete this property, there is a laundry room on the ground floor with a washing machine and all you need for cleaning.
