ROSE Holidays offers this two-storey house, in a quiet area, in the Grands Riaux district, two kilometres from the famous large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.



House that can accommodate up to 6 people and fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay in complete tranquility.



With its peaceful and secure garden, this house offers the perfect environment for family or friends' holidays!



The accommodation consists of a living room equipped with two sofas, a coffee table, an armchair with TV, Wifi and a dining room with its table and chairs to fully enjoy around a good meal.

The kitchen is open and fully equipped: oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine (filters + Nespresso), dishwasher...



At night, you will have a first bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 bed, including a wardrobe, a storage cabinet and a bedside table, with an adjoining bathroom, fully equipped, with a bathtub, a washbasin with storage furniture, a towel dryer and a hair dryer.

Independent toilet.



Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, accessible from the garage, one equipped with a 140 bed with storage wardrobe and a second bedroom with a 140 sofa bed and storage wardrobe, with a bathroom fitted with a shower, a washbasin with storage unit and a towel dryer. A travel cot will be available.

Separate toilet in the garage.



The whole is completed with a peaceful and fully enclosed garden, facing South, it is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or to spend pleasant evenings around a barbecue. A set of garden furniture, a parasol, sun loungers and a gas barbecue are provided.



Finally, in the garage with a washing machine and all the necessary cleaning supplies.



You will be able to park a vehicle in front of the garage, otherwise parking is free in the street.

7 minutes by bike from the city centre, from the SNCF train station and from the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.

8 minutes by bike from the fishing port of Les Sables d'Olonne and its bars, restaurants.
