Located on the ground floor, in the charming Arago neighbourhood in Les Sables d'Olonne, this 28 m² apartment is perfect for a family or friends' stay, offering comfort and practicality just steps away from shops and beaches.



Description of the Accommodation

A clever alcove, equipped with two single bunk beds (90), ideal for children or friends.

A bright and friendly living area, including:

A living room area with a sofa bed (2 sleeping spaces)

An open and equipped kitchen: hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and all necessary for your meals

A functional bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet



Exterior



A private balcony on the ground floor, perfect for having a coffee or enjoying mild evenings.

A private parking space within the secured residence grounds.

Located 20 Rue de l'Amidonnerie, this studio benefits from a privileged location in the lively Arago neighbourhood:

Accommodation Hours

Arrival: from 4 PM

Departure: by 10 AM at the latest



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End-of-stay cleaning, bed and toilet linen included.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish

Gather used laundry in the entrance

Supplement if not complied with or deep cleaning required (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Instructions for autonomous arrival

Digital welcome booklet: housing operation, Wi-Fi, type of coffee maker, parking tips bin information
