She benefits from a perfect location, just a few steps from the lively quays of the Chaume district, near the Olona marina and local shops such as bakeries and restaurants. You will also be just a few minutes walk from supermarkets, butcher shops, pharmacies, and other essential amenities.



The large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne is easily accessible thanks to the "passeur", a small boat that crosses the channel in just a few minutes, thus offering you direct access to the beach.



The interior of the house will seduce you with its bright and friendly space. The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker...). You will appreciate this functional space for your meals and moments of relaxation.



On the night side, the house has a double room and a mezzanine with a double bed and a single child's bed (low ceiling). The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a towel dryer, and a hair dryer.



The outdoor terrace will allow you to fully enjoy sunny days, with a pleasant view of the canal, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing.



At only 5 minutes walking distance from the Chaume quay and its shops (bakery, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurants...), this house also benefits from excellent accessibility: 6 minutes by car from the train station and city center of Les Sables d'Olonne, and 7 minutes by bike from the Paracou beach.
