This charming semi-detached stone house was completely renovated in 2024-2025. It is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor
- A 17 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining table
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and more
- A laundry room with washing machine and garden equipment (possibility of storing bicycles)
- A separate toilet in the entrance hall

Upstairs
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed (90×190)
- A bathroom (with bathtub and shower screen) and toilet
- Office space, ideal for remote working

Outside:
- A 100 m² garden with a dining table, parasol, and barbecue. Facing east, you will have sun until 2 p.m. and then again from 4 p.m. onwards.

Neighborhood
The house is ideally located in Les Moitiers-d'Allonne, in a small residential, rural hamlet, close to the sea.
It is less than 2 km from the exceptional beach of Hatainville (the highest dunes in Europe) and less than a 5-minute drive from the famous seaside resort of Barneville-Carteret.
There is a large Carrefour supermarket and other local shops.

- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet Airport (about 1.5 hours by car)
- Public transportation: at the end of the street, you can reserve a shuttle on demand through the Barneville-Carteret Town Hall
