• Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $100 per stay per dog
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance to the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the yard clean.

If you wish to use the outdoor area during winter, it is your responsibility to clear the snow. A shovel will be available.
