„Hotel is nice and good positioned. Skiing slopes are not difficult and good for beginners. For good skiers maybe not so challenging. Hotel offers everything so that you can start skiing from the Hotel and do not have to run around in the village. Only bring your skiing clothes or you can buy them there in one of the many designer stores (expensive). Also food in General is expensive but in the excellent French quality.“

„Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Service war hervorragend und das 5Gänge-Menü am Abend war ebenfalls spitze. Die Sauna ist sehr klein und das Schwimmbad hatte lediglich 28 Grad und war für unser Empfinden etwas zu kühl. Ferner hätten wir es begrüßt, wenn das abendliche Menü in der Speisekarte auch auf englisch zu lesen gewesen wäre anstatt nur auf französisch. Der Service im Hotel war absolut spitze!“

„Amazing hotel for a ski resort. Room was beautifully fitted out with a stunning view of the resort and valley. It is right at the top of the resort, but only 10 mins walk to the main group of bars, and there is a ski in and out option. Plus free transfer available around the resort. Breakfast options were huge to start the day. The bar was cosy and the terrace had a lovely view and sunshine. Spa was impressive but often busy. Only issues were that the room was often hot and no obvious way ...

„Six stars ⭐️ hotel. The service was amazing, from the concierge Freddy, to the staff at the ski room all were Great. The spa in very unique and a most experience during your visit. "Die Bewertung bei Hotels.com entspricht absolut nicht der Realität. Eine Bewertung von 8,0 wäre ok. Der Service lässt im Hotels völlig zu wünschen übrig. Beim Frühstück wird man nicht nach einem Kaffee gefragt und beim Abendessen über den Tisch gezogen. Halbpension bedeutet hier du hast 3 Restaurants und 65€ Budget pro Person. Kommst aber bei jedem Essen deutlich darüber. Ein Aperol kostet bspw. 18€. Solche Preise existieren noch nicht mal in Zermatt. Im Bad riecht es nach Urin und die Zimmer sind an sich nicht sehr gepflegt. Auch der Wellness Bereich erinnert mehr an eins in die Jahre gekommenes Schwimmbad. Das Hotel ist absolut Nix zu zu empfehlen für den Preis. Eher ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit 8,0 Bewertung "
