„Michele and Alissa made sure that their “Lakeside Happy Place” became mine and my husband’s “Lakeside Happy Place”. The outdoor features on their place make this home very relaxing and refreshing - fire pit area, outdoor porch area and a screened-in porch area. The kitchen has all of the necessities for cooking meals: pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. The open concept of the house (kitchen, dining area, and living area) is very comfortable and quite large. „This was an absolutely beautiful property right on the lake! We enjoyed the wonderful views, the nicely landscaped and manicured yard, the covered patio, the hot tub and the fishing. The layout of the house was great and being a single story layout made everything convenient. I especially enjoyed the kitchen with the coffee nook. „Great place to go after a hectic day with family. All the comforts of home and none of noise of staying in a hotel. The host was very quick to respond to every question and very accommodating. Bless his heart I changed my start date at the last minute without difficulty. I also early on extended my stay by one day because of a family outting and he was very accommodating. „A quirky lay-out but once you get used to things it works. The place was very clean, neat, and well-appointed (including the kitchen) so no issues there. I was worried about noise b/c of the location but did not hear anything except the occasional dog until the morning. Getting to Knoxville, GSMNP, &c was simple and easy. As I ask whenever I leave--would I stay here again? and the answer is a definite "yes".“
