She communicated clearly with us when the condo would be available to check in and even let us come a couple hours early. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean, spacious, and luxurious the condo was. Our vacation was cut short due to a family emergency, but Paula was super understand when we did not have time to complete the checkout ...
