The Space:

Cloudbreak is a bright and distinctive architect-designed home, created to make the most of the laid-back Cap Ferret lifestyle.



The main house features four bedrooms, each with a 160 cm double bed. Three of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, while the fourth has an adjacent bathroom.



The spacious living area brings together an open-plan kitchen, dining space and a warm, comfortable lounge with a wood-burning stove. Large windows and doors open directly onto the terrace and surrounding greenery.



One of Cloudbreak’s highlights is its large elevated terrace overlooking the pine trees. Several outdoor areas invite you to enjoy breakfast in the sun, long lunches, evening drinks or simply relax after a day at the beach. A barbecue and plancha are also available for outdoor dining.



An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after returning from the ocean.



The property also includes an independent guest house, accommodating up to four additional guests. It features two 140 cm double beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet.



The property can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the house and its outdoor areas.



There are three private parking spaces within the property, with additional parking available in front of the house.



The independent guest house is available when included as part of the booking.

The house sits just behind the dune, with easy access to the path leading to the famous Horizon Beach, only a few minutes away on foot.



Cap Ferret market, local shops, restaurants and the iconic oyster cabins along the Bay are also easily reached on foot or by bike.



Set between the Atlantic Ocean, Arcachon Bay and the pine forest, this is an ideal location for experiencing the authentic Cap Ferret lifestyle.



Getting Around:

The villa is ideally located for exploring Cap Ferret on foot or by bike.



Horizon Beach is just a few minutes away, while the market, shops, restaurants and village centre are also within easy reach.



Cycling is one of the best ways to discover the peninsula, from the Atlantic beaches to the oyster villages and the shores of Arcachon Bay.



Other Things to Note:

Bed linen and towels are included, and the beds will be made up before your arrival.



A travel cot and high chair are also available upon request.
