Villa La Conche is located in the "Piraillan neighbourhood", in the oldest part of the village, overlooking the fishing and oyster port, only 150 metres from the beach and in the midst of the colourful cabins.
The Villa is 150 meters from the village beach where scenery changes with the movement of the tides. The 23 km of unspoiled ocean beaches running the entire length of the peninsula can be reached by cutting through the forest in just 15 minutes

Our "View over the Garden" apartment is on the ground floor of Villa La Conche. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and has 3 bedrooms.
The apartment has been awarded a "Furnished Holiday Rental" 3 star rating and has a private parking space.
Its proximity to the food shops in Le Canon, the nearest village, is a plus, not forgetting the market (held in July and August) only 5 minutes away on foot!

Cap Ferret
The peninsula of 10 villages; 7 ocean beaches; 15 bay side beaches, every one is different, what they have in common: they are all nestled into the sheltered bay side of the peninsula. Cap Ferret is the last village, situated on the southern point of the peninsula, it separates the bay from the Atlantic Ocean, has a special atmosphere and landscapes, and faces out towards the giant Pyla sand dune.

At high or low tide, there is always water; this is not the case everywhere across Arcachon Bay
