The open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, kettle, and toaster. The spacious and luminous living area invites conviviality and shared moments with family or friends.

The apartment features three elegant and comfortable bedrooms: a master suite with private shower room and WC, a double bedroom with sea view, and a bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom is shared between the last two bedrooms, and a separate WC is also available.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and Wi-Fi. Two secure parking spaces are available in a gated courtyard with an automatic gate, as well as a charging station for electric vehicles.
