Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
From Aimé Césaire airport, it takes a 40-minute drive to the Golden Oasis apartment. When leaving the airport, take the N5 towards Le Marin. Continue straight ahead following Le Marin until you reach the roundabout with a Carrefour Market on your right. Take the third exit onto the N8 and continue straight ahead. After 300m, turn left into Chemin du Morne Rouge and turn right directly. The Golden Oasis apartment is the fourth house on your left, just next to a yellow house.
