Chalet Hayoka, in Le Grand-Bornand, combines contemporary comfort with the warmth of a traditional alpine retreat. Designed to accommodate up to 14 guests (including 8 adults), it offers a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere.

When you return from a day in the mountains, you can leave your outdoor gear in the ski room, which has heated boot dryers, ready for your next day out. The unusual glass-sided indoor pool opens onto a terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Also on this floor is a family suite with a double bed, bunk beds for two children and its own bathroom, as well as a fully equipped laundry room.

The central floor is the heart of the chalet. The spacious living area is divided into two seating areas around a fireplace while a second, more intimate sitting room provides the perfect spot for reading or sharing an aperitif. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining table make this space ideal for wonderful meals together.

A large furnished terrace extends the living area outdoors. With a generous dining table, outdoor sofa, and hot tub facing the peaks, everything invites you to relax and unwind. There’s also a sauna on this floor.

Upstairs, four cosy bedrooms include a master suite, two double rooms, and another room with two double beds and a mezzanine play area with a TV. Two of these rooms have their own bathrooms, while an additional shared bathroom serves the others.

There are three covered parking spaces in an underground garage, equipped with electric vehicle charging stations.

Chalet Hayoka is more than just a holiday home – it’s an invitation to experience the mountains at their most elegant and soothing.

Note that the owners live in a chalet next door. IMPORTANT: The maximum capacity of the chalet is 14 people (including a maximum of 10 adults and 2 babies) Events and parties with guests from outside the chalet are prohibited. The chalet is suitable for families and requires respect for the surrounding chalets for the well-being and comfort of all. Fireworks are prohibited to respect the surrounding chalets and avoid the risk of fire in the wooden chalets.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
