Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 25 m² air-conditioned studio with sea view and shared pool for rent in Le Diamant, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The pool will be temporarily unavailable in September 2025.

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room: with a TV, a single bed, a queen-size bed (160×200) and a dining area, open to the outside.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A swimming pool (unheated and shared) open all year round (except two weeks in September)

The studio is ideally located in Le Diamant, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence car park.
