Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers for rent, in Croisic, this apartment with sea view, nearby from the beach, with a surface area of 63 m² and can accommodate up to 5 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, bedrooms, a shower room and a 1,500 m² shared garden. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed and double sofa bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, a double sofa bed, a dining area and an open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, hob...
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 20 m² south-east-facing terrace, with 2 deckchairs, a table and 4 chairs, a folding table for the plancha, and an outdoor cupboard with plug and water supply to enjoy the sunny days.
- a garden shared with the condominium
The apartment is ideally located in Le Croisic, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
Activities :
- Stroll around the port of Le Croisic, with its restaurants and boutiques.
- Océarium du Croisic, a large marine aquarium
- Beaches within walking distance for swimming and relaxation
- Coastal paths (GR34) for seaside hiking
- Presqu'île golf course 10 minutes away
- Boat trips and outings from the port
- Visit the Guérande salt marshes
- Discover the medieval city of Guérande (25 min away)
- Historic center and market of Le Pouliguen (15 min away)
- Water sports: kayaking, paddle, sailing
- Fishing at low tide in the coastal creeks
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available on the street in front of the house.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Le Croisic train station - approx. 5 min by car: terminus station with direct connections to Nantes and Paris (in season).
La Baule-Escoublac station - approx. 20 min by car: busier station with more connections, including to Paris Montparnasse.
- Nantes Atlantique airport - approx. 1h20 by car.
Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
