Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 17 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV, sofa, fold-away bed (sleeps two) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- Two shared swimming pools, open from 1 April to 31 October. Access requires a badge, which will be issued on arrival.
Dimensions: 15x25m and 15x10m (the smaller pool is heated)
- A 6 m², south-facing balcony with furniture to make the most of the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
