„We loved the charm of this place but it had one little issue that was beyond anyone's control. The AC motor went out and was not available locally. This of course was in the 95-100 degree part of summer so our room was 88 degrees. We had to check out and get a hotel but the owners graciously refunded us our money. We will book again for our next trip to Ogden. “

Only saying this because we had to leave early for an emergency and we didn’t know what to do for the checkout list. „We stayed here for three nights for a volleyball tournament. This place was very clean, smelled amazing, and the communication with the owners was great! It's about 10 minutes from downtown, so it's quick to get to anything, but it's far enough out where it makes for the perfect quiet spot outside of the city. The ONLY negative (if you could call it that), is there are no curtains in the bedroom, so it makes for some BRIGHT early mornings. Hard to sleep in, haha! Still, I would 100% stay here ...

With a car, there are groceries and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was partially stocked which is always appreciated. I felt I had privacy and safe. Very sweet host, grateful for the stay.“

„This was our first time using a VRBO instead of a hotel and it was great!! The pace was very nice, clean and in a convenient location. We were able to have my son come over and we cooked and had a great visit. The property manager was awesome because we had to change our date due to a medical issue and he understood and helped us through the process!! Thank you and highly recommend. “

"We booked well in advance and only found out at check-in that the elevator was out of service. Despite this, the front desk assigned us a room on the 4th floor. My 70-year-old mother was expected to carry her luggage upstairs – unacceptable. Only after insisting did we get a room on the 2nd floor. The hotel is clearly in need of renovation. Paint is worn, fixtures outdated – and it's the first hotel we've ever seen with EXIT signs installed at floor level. While this may be intended for visibility in case of smoke during a fire, it's also a clear indicator of how the building is aging. Pros: Clean, quiet room. Cons: Poor communication, lack of empathy, and an overall feeling that guests with special needs are not considered."
